ORDER PROCESSING

After an order is placed, please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be fulfilled and shipped. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Shipping is currently available to Canada, United States, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe (UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Switzerland). The customer is responsible for any duties, customs, or tariffs that must be paid on delivery once their package arrives. Some countries have pre-paid duties included at checkout.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order and the shipping destination. All pricing is directly connected to current rates via Canada Post. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when checking out.

DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process. Please be aware that delivery times may vary based on the shipping method selected and your location.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for shipping methods that include this option. Use the provided tracking information to monitor the status and location of your package. Note: Not all shipping options include tracking (e.g. Small Packet AIR).
