Lair in Elixir

Fabric is sold by the 1/4 yard (1/4 yard = Quantity 1). All fabric will be cut in continuous yardage. If you purchase a single 1/4 yard unit, it will be shipped as a Skinny Quarter (approx. 9" x 44" or 22.86 cm x 111.76). For example:

Quantity 1 = 0.25 yds

Quantity 2 = 0.5 yds

Quantity 3 = 0.75 yds

Quantity 4 = 1 yd

etc...

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Libs Elliott does not accept returns or exchanges on quilt patterns, fabrics, virtual classes, threads and notions, apparel and wares, gift cards, and/or clearance items.

No refunds will be issued for digital goods, including but not limited to downloadable software, digital art, or any other non-physical items. It is highly recommended that you download your digital files to a desktop and/or laptop computer and not a mobile phone as some files are quite large. If you have any issues downloading your files, please contact studio@libselliott.com.

Textile Tour deposits are also non-refundable, but may be transferred to another person.

Libs Elliott does not assume responsibility for items once they have been shipped. Libs Elliott cannot be held  responsible for any loss or damage caused by postal services during shipping.

DAMAGES + ISSUES

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective physical item, please contact studio@libselliott.com within seven (7) days of receiving the product. We will provide assistance and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please double-check your order before completing the purchase. Should you require assistance right after placing an order, please contact studio@libselliott.com.

EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
