Thank you for shopping with Libs Elliott. Before making a purchase, please read our Shipping & Return Policy carefully.

Shipping Policy:

1. Processing Time:
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping Methods:
- We offer various shipping options at checkout. 
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order and the shipping destination. All pricing is directly connected to current rates via Canada Post.

3. Delivery Time:
- Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process.
- Please be aware that delivery times may vary based on the shipping method selected and your location.

4. Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for shipping methods that include this option.
- Use the provided tracking information to monitor the status and location of your package. Note: Not all shipping options include tracking e.g. Small Packet AIR.

5. Shipping Restrictions:
- We currently ship globally with the exception of Australia and New Zealand. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete.

Return & Refund Policy:

1. **Returns & Exchanges:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on any physical or digital goods.
- All sales are final.

2. **Refunds on Digital Goods:
- No refunds will be issued for digital goods, including but not limited to downloadable software, digital art, or any other non-physical items. It is highly recommended that you download your digital files to a desktop/laptop computer and not a mobile phone as some files are quite large. If you have any issues downloading your files, please contact studio@libselliott.com

3. **Damaged or Defective Items:
- In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective physical item, please contact studio@libselliott.com within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide assistance and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement.

4. **Cancellation Policy:
- Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please double-check your order before completing the purchase. Should you require assistance right after placing an order, please contact studio@libselliott.com
